Athletes can delete their registrations and request a full refund or event credit before Wednesday at 11:59pm the week of the event. After that there will be no refunds unless we are unable to match you. If we are not able to match you we will contact you before the event for and event credit or refund.

There are no refunds or future event credits for entries made with free entry coupon codes

Withdrawing from the event after the registration deadline does not qualify you for a refund or future event credit. Withdrawing after registration deadline due to illness, injury,  does not qualify for future event credits or refunds. Not showing for a match the day of the event does not qualify for future event credit or refund. Missing weight does not qualify for future event credit or refund
